What is authentic 3M vinyl?
3M is a world-leading brand known for the highest quality adhesive vinyl. We use specific, rare types of 3M vinyl that aren’t produced in Indonesia, ensuring superior texture, durability, and clean removal.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate exclusively online through our official website and select marketplaces. This allows us to reach customers all over Indonesia and the world efficiently!

Are skins available for my device?
All available devices are listed on our website. You can use the search bar to find your specific model. If you can’t find it, we recommend joining our Premiere Program to be notified when new devices are added.
What's the difference between '360°' and 'Model Cut'?
Model 360° offers full-body protection, covering the back and all side bezels (excluding buttons and trays).
Model Cut protects only the back of the device, making it friendly for all types of cases.
Will the skin leave residue when I remove it?
Absolutely not. All Exacoat skins use authentic 3M vinyl, which is guaranteed to leave no adhesive residue when removed, keeping your device in pristine condition.

What are Exacoat™ Accents?
Accents are optional, secondary skins that let you create a two-tone look. They are applied over the main body skin and also include two Exacoat™ logo skins for extra customization.
Will an Exacoat skin make my phone overheat?
Not at all. Our skins are incredibly thin and the premium 3M vinyl is designed to be breathable, allowing heat to dissipate just as the manufacturer intended. Your device’s thermal performance will not be affected. You can read more on our Heat Dissipation page.
How long do the skins last?
Our authentic 3M vinyl is built for long-term durability. With normal use, your skin can last for several years without peeling or fading, protecting your device for as long as you own it.
How do I clean my skin?
Easy. Just use a soft, damp microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface. For tougher smudges, a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol on the cloth works wonders. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners.
Are the skins waterproof?
The vinyl material itself is waterproof and protects against spills. However, a skin does not make your electronic device waterproof, so please continue to be careful around liquids.
Can I use a case over a 360° skin?
It depends on the case. Most slim, flexible cases will fit perfectly. However, very tight or rigid hard cases may not fit over the side wraps. If you plan to use a tight-fitting case, we recommend our ‘Model Cut’ skins.
Can I re-apply a skin?
Our skins are designed for a single application. While you can lift and reposition it during the initial installation, removing it completely after it has fully set will stretch the vinyl and ruin the adhesive. We don’t recommend reusing a skin.
Does the skin affect wireless charging or NFC?
Nope! Our skins are extremely thin and made from non-metallic materials, so they won’t interfere with wireless charging, NFC payments, or your Wi-Fi and cellular signal.
What if I get air bubbles during installation?
Thanks to the air-release channels in our 3M vinyl, bubbles are rare. If you see one, gently press and push the air to the nearest edge. A little heat from a hairdryer also helps. Most tiny bubbles will disappear on their own in a day or two.
How accurate are the colors on the website?
We do our best to show colors and textures accurately with professional photos. However, colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. For more examples, we suggest checking out our social media channels!
Do you offer custom designs or skins for unlisted devices?
We don’t offer one-off custom designs at this time. If you have a device that’s not in our collection, please join our Premiere Program. This helps us see what devices to support next!
Ordering & Payment
Do I need to create an account to order?
Nope, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account is a great way to view your order history, manage addresses, and easily track your order status.
I've paid for my order. Now what?
Your payment will be confirmed automatically. If you paid a different amount than the total with the unique code, please submit a manual confirmation on the confirmation page.
What payment methods do you accept?
For Indonesian customers: We accept Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri), Credit Card, and GO-PAY.
For International customers: We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make any changes.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to customers all around the world.
When will my order ship?
Indonesian Shipments: Orders with confirmed payment before 3:00 PM (WIB) on weekdays and 2:00 PM on Saturdays will be shipped the same day. We don’t ship on Sundays or national holidays.
International Shipments: Orders are typically picked up by the courier within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number the following day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find your tracking details on our Order Status page or in your Account Page.
Can I use GO-SEND for same-day delivery?
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

When will my payment be confirmed?
Payment confirmations are automated and run every 30 minutes. If there’s an issue, please use the manual confirmation page.
Where can I check my order status?
You can find your order status on the Status Page, in your Account Page, or in the confirmation email we sent you.
What does my order status mean?
Waiting for Payment: We’re waiting for you to complete the payment.
Payment Confirmed: We’ve received your payment and are preparing your order.
Ready to Ship: Your order is packed and waiting for courier pickup.
Shipped: Your order is on its way! You can check the tracking number in your email or on the status page.
When will I get my tracking code?
We will email your tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also find it on the Order Status page. Please note it may take up to 12 hours for the tracking to become active in the courier’s system.
Warranty & Support
I received a defective product.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with a photo within 5 days of receiving it. We will happily send you a replacement. This does not cover installation errors.
I received the wrong item.
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us with photos within 5 days of delivery. We can only replace items that are still in perfect, unused condition.
I messed up the installation. What can I do?
Don’t panic! You can often gently lift the skin and re-apply it using a hairdryer to help. If your order was delivered less than two days ago, you can also claim our Installation Warranty. See our Warranty Page for details.
What is the Installation Warranty?
We’ve got your back! If you mess up the installation within two days of receiving your skin, our world-first Installation Warranty has you covered. Visit the Warranty Page for the full details on how to claim a replacement.
